ST. George Dragons Stadium Completed

Construction was completed for stage 2 of the new WIN Stadium at Kogarah Oval for the St George Dragons Rugby Team. This caps off a great year for the dragons who made it to the semi finals and came so close to a premiership. We look forward to construction of the northern stand very soon.

Tamarrama House finished in time for Christmas


Construction is complete on this new house in Tamarrama. Thanks to the builder Peter Court. Thanks to Joseph Fok, Jeff Manell and the team on the project. Well done Rob and the family and we hope you have a great summer in the house.

Blakehurst Club Completed



Club Blakehurst in Kyle Bay has recently openned after construction was completed.
Derek and the gang are happy to be back in business and the club is enjoying record patronage.

Moebius House nears completion



Construction is about 6 weeks from completion on the Moebius House. The metal panel is finished and now its time for joinery and landscaping. With Sydney Harbour views we are looking forward to the new years eve party.












Bills House Complete









Construction is now complete on Bill's House - Well done Bill. The project is soon to be published in Habitus magazine and Box magazine as well as in the new 100 Houses Book.

UTS Engineering Faculty Competition

Here is our entry for the new Engineering and IT Faculty for the University of Technology, Sydney. The project was a joint submission with Crone Partners and Arup environmental. The concept is based on the concept of social networking models. The idea being that the most open network with 'loose ties' provides the greatest opportunities for interaction and expansion. This porous network provides an open sturctural netowrk which can be programed by the faculty.

Here are the latest shots of the Moebius House , Bondi by Tony Owen Partnersdue for completion in November. This sculptural house with views of Sydney Harbour is clad entirely in metal panels.

The glazing is nearly complete and attention has now turned to the interior fit out.




Bill's House nears completion

Work is nearing completion on Bill’s House in Suburban Sydney. The client’s brief was to create a Mediterranean Villa. The house is inspired by the sails of the fishing boats from the Greek Islands.
The house is soon to feature in the 5th edition of ‘100 HOUSES’ International book. Well done Bill!




Meraas Jumeirah Villas for Dubai

The launch of the new Meraas luxury villas on the Jumeirah Islands in Dubai created a buzz at the Dubai ciityscape in 2008.Tony Owen Partners have designed 3 signature villas and 2 town house deisgns for the development. Work is proceeding on later stages.



The Second Wave

Tony Owen Partners have received approval for the second wave house in Bondi. The is located on the adjoining block to the original Wave House and will be a companion house containing outdoor al-fresco dining and entertaining spaces and new lounge and bedroom. The project is based on a deconstructed motor yacht.




New Software Park for Vietnam

Tony Owen Partners and PTW have wont the design competition for the new commercial building at the lac Trung software city in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. The project for VECL Captial is a joint venture with PTW Vietnam. The building will be a high-tech beacon at night with an LED facade. The roof top club will also glow at night.
